EL 2.5.11 DEL ANEXO DEL DECRETO 8701, DEL 4 DE ABRIL A.I.N°: 1251. Asunción, 14 de agosto de 2023. VISTO: El pedido de suspensión de efectos formulado por el Abg. LUIS A. en representación de la firma CARBO IMPEX S.A., contra art. 2° del Decreto § de diciembre del Año 2020 "Por el cual se abroga el Decreto N° 4020/2020, y se amplían los numerales 2.5 hasta el 2.5.24, del Capitulo II del Anexo Sider Decreto N° 8701, de fecha 4 de Abril de 2012, Arts. 1 y 2 del Decreto N° 8701 de Fecha 04/04/12, y el Apartado 2.5.11 del Respectivo Anexo, Art. 1 del Decreto N° 8592 de 28 de Febrero de 2018 "Por el Cual se modifica el Numeral 2.5.11 del Anexo 8701, del 4 de Abril de 2012, y el Numeral 2.5.18 del Art. 1° del decreto N° 4333, del 2/11/2015, en su apartado Que Modf. el Numeral 2.5.11 del Anexo del Decreto N° 8701, del 4 de Abril de 2012; y;- CONSIDERANDO: OPINION DEL MINISTRO CESAR DIESEL JUNGHANNS. Considero que no se encuentran reunidos los requisitos exigidos por el Art. 553 del Código Procesal Civil, por tal otivo, corresponde rechazar la medida de suspensión de efectos. POR TANTO, la CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA SALA CONSTITUCIONAL RESUELVE: NO HACER LUGAR a la medida de suspensión de efectos contra el art. 2° del Decreto N° 4494/20 del 16 de diciembre del Año 2020 "Por el cual se abroga el Decreto N° 4020/2020, por el cual se modf. y se amplian los numerales 2.5 hasta el 2.5.24, del Capítulo II del Anexo del Decreto N° 8701, de fecha 4 de Abril de 2012, Arts. 1 y 2 del Decreto 8701 de Fecha 04/04/12, y el Apartado 2.5.11 del Respectivo Anexo, Art. 1 del Decreto 8592 de 28 de Febrero de 2018 "Por el Cual se modifica el Numeral 2.5.11 del Anexo 8701, del 4 de Abril de 2012, y el Numeral 2.5.18 del Art. 4333, del 2/11/2015, en su apartado el Numeral 2.5.11 del Anexo del Decreto N° 8701, del 4 de Abril de 2012" ANOTAR y registr Ante mi: Gustayo E.
