notificación de la resolución impugnada, sin perjuicio de la ampliación por razón de la distancia. E n todos los casos, la Corte examinará previamente si se hallan satisfechos estos requisitos. En caso contrario, desestimará sin más trámite la acción". En efecto, la disposición legal norma que debe admitirse la acción de inconstitucionalidad cuando se verifica el cumplimiento de los siguientes requisitos: 1) que el accionante constituya domicilio; 2 ) que individualice la resolución impugnada; 3) que identifique el juicio donde recayó la resolución impugnada; 4) que funde la petición en términos claros y determine el derecho, exención, garantía o principio constitucional que considera infringido y; 5) que presente la acción en el plazo de 9 día s. En relación al último requisito, de presentación de la acción dentro del plazo de ley, debemos señal ar que no se ha agregado constancia de notificación de la última resolución impugnada, de modo que, en este estado no es posible verificar el cabal cumplimiento de todas las exigencias legales de admi sión. En consecuencia, antes de emitir opinión sobre el trámite o rechazo liminar de la demanda, debe inti marse al accionante a que adjunte copia autenticada de la notificación, a efectos de establecer si l a promoción de la acción fue realizada en tiempo hábil. POR TANTO, la CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA SALA CONSTITUCIONAL RESUELVE: RECONOCER la personería de los recurrentes en el carácter invocado y tener por constituido su domici lio en el lugar señalado. ORDENAR la agregación de las instrumentales presentadas. RECHAZAR “in limine” la acción de inconstitucionalidad presentada por los Abogados Marcos Esteban Va lenzuela y Blas Víctor Vega Estigarribia en representación del Señor Regino Negrete y Concepción Aqu ino, contra el Auto Interlocutorio N° 196 de fecha 27 de diciembre del 2019, dictado por el Tribunal de Apelación Civil y Comercial, Laboral de la Circunscripción Judicial de Neembucú, por los fundame ntos expuestos en el exordio de la presente resolución.
